Deep breaths under the open sky not only will help you feel connected with your body but will rejuvenate your brain by increasing the supply of oxygen.
Every day, promote a state of calmness by taking your body outside to explore nature’s wonders.
Breathe in light and energy, and exhale your worries. Meditate on how lucky we are to witness such a rich world.
I make a point out of going outside every single day and feeling the cold or the Sun, the vibration of this Earth.
Today, I am thankful for living another day in the embrace of life.
