Deep breaths under the open sky not only will help you feel connected with your body but will rejuvenate your brain by increasing the supply of oxygen.

Every day, promote a state of calmness by taking your body outside to explore the nature’s wonders.

Breathe in light and energy, exhale your worries. Meditate on how lucky we are to witness such rich world.

I make a point out of going outside every single day and feel the cold or the Sun, the vibration of this Earth.

Today, I am thankful for living another day under the embrace of life.
